We start with our industry-leading engineers who can work with you on the design process. Next, we incorporate the best components, and we use state-of-the-art processes to extrude them into well-made end-products that fit your needs. Each piece is carefully checked for end use fit, functionality, tolerances and specifications. Our inspection procedures include process control charts, detailed set-up sheets, lot traceability, and in-process inspections; all implemented to make sure that you receive the best product.
We have created components for automotive tier 2, aircraft, and underwriter’s laboratory (UL) listed applications, among others.

Extruded Plastics Technology Center
At Keller Products, we are focused on providing our customers with only the highest quality products and services. The process begins with an idea. That idea then needs to be tested for viability, and the Keller Plastics Technology Center was developed just for that purpose. Equipped with numerous extruders and secondary equipment, this dedicated research and development center is the place where ideas become reality. In the past few years alone a wide variety of custom plastic profile applications have been developed here, including:

Our employees, who are among the best in the plastics industry, hold college degrees that extend to Ph.D.’s in Plastics Engineering. Each individual is specialized in a specific area, and all of our different functional groups collaborate to ensure that we provide you with the best possible finished product. Our sales force works intimately with our engineering and manufacturing teams to guide your project from inception to completion and delivery.
In addition to our in-house staff, Keller Products is in the unique position to draw on outside resources, when appropriate. We have access to expertise from a number of local universities including the University of Massachusetts Lowell’s Plastics Department and the University of New Hampshire’s Engineering Department.
